UK (excludes Channel Islands) – FREE UK DELIVERY.

Mainland Europe (includes Channel Islands) – We charge £7.50 for postage (per item) to Mainland Europe. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Small Packet or Parcel delivery. Please allow ten to twelve working days for deliveries within the EU.

Please Note : Our outside UK shipping charges are calculated on an "average" cost of shipping to common destinations throughout the World. Occasionally goods can cost significantly more to ship than our levied charges, this can be due to destination, weight, customs, etc. In these instances we reserve the right to request additional funds to cover the cost of shipping your order.

In these situations we will always email you on receipt of your order and advise the additional costs, with full reason and suggest how the additional funds can be paid to us. Once we have advised you of the additional costs it is your choice whether to accept these and make the additional payment, or cancel your order.

Please note that this only happens in exceptional circumstances and the vast majority of orders are shipped outside the UK within the shipping charges listed.

Rest of the World – We charge £14.00 for postage (per item) to anywhere else in the world. All orders are sent Royal Mail Small Packet or Parcel delivery. Please note that in most instances you will be required to sign for your delivery.

Please allow twelve to fourteen working days for delivery and remember that you may have to pay import duties.

Returns Information

The Beauty Manor Boutique will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Any claim for replacement due to fault or damage should be made to The Beauty Manor Boutique within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

The Beauty Manor Boutique will replace any undamaged item within 7 days of purchase as long as the product is returned unused and in its original condition including its packaging.

Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice.

To process your return of goods, please call or email us first and then we will be in contact with you to arrange a refund or replacement. We can generally only process a refund by reimbursing your credit card.
